Tristan Towers
Tristan Towers is a 16 story residential condominium complex, and is home to 90 units. The property sits on Santa Rosa Sound and overlooks the Gulf of Mexico as well. It is located on one of the narrowest sections of Santa Rosa Island, so you’ll feel like you are surrounded by water on all sides. Two and Three bedroom units with multiple floorplans offer sweeping views of the sound or the Gulf of Mexico across the street, and because of the well planned orientation of the building, many of the units offer views of both bodies of water from the oversized balconies.
The property features two tennis courts, a large swimming pool, a clubhouse for use by owners, a fishing pier, gated entry and a large white beach on the sound. Cross the street to the dune walkover leading to miles of uncrowded beach along the Gulf of Mexico.
When Tristan Towers was built, it was the tallest high rise in Escambia County and boasted a premier location, and remains one of the premier beach addresses to this day.
The property is only two miles from the core area of Pensacola Beach and one mile from the entrance to the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Historic Fort Pickens. The Beach Trolley passes in front of the property, and the 14 mile long walking and bike path does as well, so you can leave your keys on the counter and explore the best of Pensacola Beach. The central beach area to the east is home to Casino Beach, the Pensacola Beach Fishing Pier, and Quietwater Beach and Boardwalk. Here you will find restaurants, shopping, nightlife, activities and rentals, and the main marina that is home to most of the fishing charters and boat rentals on Pensacola Beach.
Hop aboard the new Pensacola Ferry system to explore the greater Pensacola area by water. With stops at Ft Pickens, the Boardwalk, and downtown Pensacola, you will find world class art and museums, historical tours, the Blue Wahoos Minor League Baseball team, shopping, and dining.
