The Palm Beach Club is a smaller, gated community located at the end of the developed part of Santa Rosa Island. This community is made up of 84 two and three bedroom units in 4 Buildings, with balconies facing the beaches of either the sound, or the Gulf of Mexico.
It’s location at the west end of the beach places it at the entrance to Fort Pickens and the Gulf Islands National Seashore, providing uninterrupted views of the seashore, and miles of undeveloped white sandy beaches to explore. This section of the National Seashore is home to historic Fort Pickens, the largest of four forts built to defend Pensacola Bay.
Situated on the “Sound Side” of the island, but directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, every unit at the Palm Beach Club boasts a fantastic water view. The Gulf of Mexico and it’s miles of unspoiled sandy white beaches lie just across the street, while the community’s location along the shores of the Santa Rosa sound provide another section of calm quiet beach with access to watersports such as paddleboarding and kayaking.
Community amenities include a pool and large sundeck that overlook the Bay. Every building provides elevators, covered two-car carports, free Wi-Fi, and whirlpool tubs in master bathrooms.
There is private beach access that leads to the stretch of beach along the sound within the community property. The Palm Beach Club is pet-friendly and provides a dog walking area.
